LingoCross ("uygulama"), dil öğretmenleri ve öğrencilerini buluşturan bir kelime öğrenme uygulamasıdır. Bu politika hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar.
Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta, görünen ad, rol (öğretmen/öğrenci), dil tercihi. Şifre yalnızca geri döndürülemez biçimde şifrelenmiş (hash) saklanır; düz metin tutulmaz.
- Eğitim içeriği: oluşturduğunuz sınıflar, dersler, kelimeler ve çeviriler, oyunlar ve atamalar.
- Kullanım/sonuç verileri: oyun sonuçları (başarı, süre, kelime bazlı doğru/yanlış) ve öğretmenle paylaşımı.
- Bildirim: izin verirseniz anlık bildirim için cihaz jetonu (FCM).
- Kamera/Fotoğraflar: kelime tarama kullanırsanız, çektiğiniz veya seçtiğiniz fotoğraf, içindeki kelimeleri çıkarmak için bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına gönderilir. Fotoğraf yalnız bu işlem için kullanılır ve kalıcı olarak saklanmaz.
- Abonelik durumu: plan (ücretsiz/Premium).
Konum, rehber, reklam tanımlayıcıları toplamayız. Üçüncü taraf reklam ağı veya analitik SDK kullanmayız.
Verileri nasıl kullanırız
Hesabınızı yönetmek, içerik ve oyunları sağlamak, sonuçları öğretmeninizle paylaşmak, bildirim göndermek ve hizmeti geliştirmek için. Verilerinizi satmayız.
Paylaşım ve işleyiciler
- Bulut barındırma sağlayıcısı — verileriniz güvenli sunucularda barındırılır.
- Anlık bildirim sağlayıcısı — bildirimlerin iletimi (cihaz jetonu).
- Yapay zekâ sağlayıcısı — kelime tarama kullanıldığında, taranan fotoğraftaki kelimelerin okunup çıkarılması.
Saklama ve silme
Verilerinizi hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklarız. Silme için support@duocross.com adresine yazabilir veya (eklendiğinde) uygulama içi hesap silme özelliğini kullanabilirsiniz.
Çocuklar
Uygulama öğretmen gözetiminde kullanım için tasarlanmıştır. Reşit olmayan öğrenciler için gerekli ebeveyn/okul onaylarını almak öğretmen/okul sorumluluğundadır. 13 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek onaysız veri toplamayız.

LingoCross (the "app") connects language teachers with their students through vocabulary games. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account: email, display name, role (teacher/student), language preference. Passwords are stored only in irreversibly hashed form; no plaintext.
- Educational content: classes, lessons, words and translations, games and assignments you create.
- Usage/results: game results (accuracy, time, per-word correct/incorrect) and whether shared with the teacher.
- Notifications: if allowed, a device push token (FCM).
- Camera/Photos: if you use word scanning, the photo you take or select is sent to an AI provider to extract the words in it. The photo is used only for this purpose and is not stored permanently.
- Subscription status: plan (free/Premium).
We do not collect location, contacts or advertising identifiers, and use no third-party ad networks or analytics SDKs.
How we use data
To manage your account, provide content and games, share results with your teacher, send notifications, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Sharing and processors
- Cloud hosting provider — your data is stored on secure servers.
- Push notification provider — push delivery (device token).
- AI provider — when word scanning is used, to read and extract words from the scanned photo.
Retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. To delete it, email support@duocross.com or use in-app account deletion (once available).
Children
The app is designed for use under teacher supervision. Where students are minors, obtaining any required parental/school consent is the teacher's/school's responsibility. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without consent.
